We are committed to telling the stories of people, organizations, and brands that make our communities more livable, equitable, and interesting. KERTIS employs a narrative-based strategy to guide creative work for a diverse spectrum of clients. Who is a Producer?

Our Producers are curious, resourceful, and confident. Whether it’s researching a social documentary or planning a product photoshoot, they are comfortable seeking the information needed to shape a project, reaching out to the client and stakeholders to learn, ask questions, and use that information to design a creative roadmap. KERTIS Producers are excellent communicators, skilled storytellers  and quick thinkers. They know how to guide and collaborate with their team to execute high quality work.

What does a Producer do at KERTIS?

Producers at KERTIS are responsible for shepherding a diverse slate of projects from origin to  execution through delivery. They work with our Account Managers, Project Managers, and Creative Directors to understand the client ‘ask’ and develop the creative content, goals, and production plans.

They research and vet possible characters and locations, write thoughtful questions, and conduct interviews. They provide a critical element to the creative process, and work with the Creative Director, Videographers, Photographers, Designers, and Editors to align vision and approach to the final deliverable. They understand how to build and guide a narrative - in early pitch decks, on set, and during the edit.
