Brown-Forman: 150th Anniversary

  • In 2020, Brown-Forman celebrated its 150th Anniversary. This was an exciting time to share the company’s achievements, commemorate its legacy, and look toward future success. It was a year of stories and virtual gatherings to reflect and unify for the road ahead. KERTIS was very proud to help Brown-Forman share this moment, locally and globally. In a multi-part, ambition effort, Brown-Forman wanted a unique 150th campaign look, a commemorative book, a film series, and numerous activations of their robust archives.

    KERTIS lead the effort of developing an overall campaign strategy, identity, and supporting media assets, as well as leading the production of the luxury coffee table book, along with B-F and book publisher, Assouline. 

    The final result was a beautiful, tangible, easily shareable, and highly valuable physical object that captures and shares the culture and narrative of who B-F is today, a memorable logo, and a powerful set of films. All combining myth and story, they tell the tale of how B-F came to hold the place they do; and to plant a small but impactful seed around how this important brand will continue to define its place in across the world from Louisville, KY.
