Louisville Ballet

Since 1952, the Louisville Ballet has maintained its status as one of the country’s leading regional ballet companies.
The new Artistic and Executive Director, Robert Curran, wanted to engage in a compelling, relevant dialogue with potential audiences that explored modern approaches to the craft.
"The Louisville Ballet wanted us to capture their process in motion. That’s something we’re constantly being asked to think about within our own practice. So, with that in mind, we were really able to connect with this project."
Brett Marshall, Creative Director
Our goal was to represent dance as not just a form of entertainment, but as a form of art. We created a series of documentary-style videos that depicted individual dancers working with one another to create a cohesive production.
