Our work at KERTIS is a balance of thinking & doing. Our creative work is rooted in strategy and executed in house. Our primary media are documentary & campaign-style video and photography. We do a significant amount of strategic campaign work including brand development and concepting. Account Managers support all of these efforts.
Day to Day
As work requests come in, Account Managers work with the Accounts team to decide if and how request should be pursued. They develop requests with the client and then create proposals and budgets for client review. Account Managers facilitate kick-off meetings with client & Creative Team representatives to flush out further project details, and develop strong Account Briefs.
As the project is in process, Account Managers are in close contact with our Creative Teams to create the best possible products that align with client & KERTIS vision. Account Managers check in with Creative Teams on timelines and communicate with client representatives on major milestones. Account Managers provide a comfortable barrier between the nuts & bolts of project process, and the internal process. They ensure a positive client experience from start to finish.
